On 10 December 2013, Uruguay became the first country in the world to legalize the sale, cultivation, and distribution of cannabis! As Uruguayans what we can say...! Freedom of choice should be a fundamental choice, something like a plant can't be prohibited, mother nature bring it for us, is our responsibility to use it with caution and conciousness.
